Real Medical Meals operates on a monthly retainer model to ensure consistency, discretion, and structured implementation. Engagements are ongoing rather than transactional. Structured engagements begin at $6,000+ per month depending on service frequency and clinical complexity.
Availability is evaluated based on alignment and service capacity.3-month minimum commitment
