  Most Private Chefs charging an hourly rate have been known to work slowly and draw out simple recipes while not providing the attention to detail that Private Chefs that charge Retainer Fees such as the ability to read weather a client needs further attention or companionship while enjoying medical meals..We caution against hiring hourly chefs and always advise shoppers to ask appropriate questions of their potential Private Chefs.
